About the position

The Boutique COO is seeking a Design-Savvy Social Media Manager to join our expanding marketing team. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about social media marketing and content strategy, and who possess a keen eye for design. As a small business support company based in the Pacific Northwest, we work with a diverse range of clients, including creatives and professional service providers. The Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in developing comprehensive content strategies and executing visually stunning marketing campaigns that elevate our clients' brand presence. In this role, you will work directly with clients to craft engaging content and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to their unique needs. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed content calendars that align with each client's goals, managing multiple projects, and adapting to changing priorities. A strong graphic design ability is essential, as you will be responsible for producing visually engaging content that resonates with various audiences. Additionally, experience with web design on platforms like Squarespace or Wix is a bonus that will enhance your contributions to our team. We are looking for a candidate who is not only creative and positive but also possesses excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. You should be comfortable tackling open-ended challenges and finding innovative solutions to meet client expectations. This position offers flexible hours, starting at 15 hours per week, with the potential for growth as our marketing efforts expand.
