As a Designer specializing in Color, Materials, and Graphics at Crocs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product line. This position is centered around the creation of innovative and consumer-centric designs that resonate with our brand's identity. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about molded innovation and is dedicated to unlocking the brand's DNA across various styles. Your work will involve staying ahead of global trends through market travel, trade shows, and extensive research, ensuring that our designs are not only fresh but also relevant to our diverse consumer base. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design vision through collaboration with cross-functional partners. Your strong communication and presentation skills will be essential as you deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all products meet our critical execution standards. You will also be a champion of collaboration, fostering a culture of trust and inclusivity within the team. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that our products are delivered on time and align with our strategic focuses, leveraging your expertise in color curation, materials, and surface design. You will be expected to contribute to both the research and development pipeline and seasonal design needs, driving freshness to both new and existing products each season. Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted source of inspiration for Fashion, Hype, Sport, and Cultural insights.
  • Stay on top of global trends through relevant market travel, trade shows, social and web research.
  • Drive freshness to new and existing products each season, contributing to both a pipeline of R&D and seasonal design needs.
  • Leverage color curation, treatments and finishes, surface design, materials and trims, componentry, and embellishments.
  • Drive the Design vision through to cross-functional partners with strong communication and inspiring presentation skills.
  • Deliver multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment that meets global business needs.
  • Obsess over details to ensure products are delivered on time and meet critical execution standards.
  • Enhance our culture of collaboration, trust, and communication across Design, Category Management, and Development partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in fashion or industrial design, graphics, apparel, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant design experience.
  • Technical understanding and proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Ability to travel domestically & internationally.
