About the position

The Graphic Designer position at Apex Systems involves creating visually appealing marketing materials while adhering to brand standards and accessibility best practices. The role requires collaboration with internal clients and the ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create new templates employing accessibility best practices
• Design, execute, and deliver marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and a variety of print and digital graphics
• Communicate with internal clients and colleagues
• Maintain an organized queue and workflow
• Create new designs with a variety of visual possibilities and concepts
• Interpret and apply the visual brand identity
• Consistently and accurately uphold brand standards

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years design experience
• Strong layout and typography skills
• Ability to be responsive and provide quick turnarounds, sometimes in 24 hours
• Elevated design aesthetic
• Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Open to taking direction
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Styles, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Must submit a creative portfolio or samples of your work with resume
