About the position

The Graphic Designer at Tractor Supply Company will create innovative and engaging designs for both print and digital media, with a strong focus on social-first design. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure that visual content resonates across all social channels, driving creativity and excellence in every project.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce a variety of creative materials that follow the assigned brief and collaborate with copywriters to inspire action from viewers.
• Manage all work through dedicated project management systems.
• Partner with the Creative team to assist with various digital and print projects for customers and internal corporate needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content creators, to understand project requirements and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal video creators and studio photographers to bring concept ideas to life.
• Research industry trends and best practices to innovate and improve design strategies for the TSC brand.
• Analyze the performance of design initiatives and make data-driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• 3 years of related experience (agency/freelance) with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other creative design platforms.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficient in designing within Microsoft PowerPoint for templates and presentations.
