Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs for window treatments.
• Provide expert guidance on product selection and design options.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to installation.
• Quote prices and enter orders directly in the client's home.
• Track orders and installation schedules using provided technology.
• Collaborate with the client services satisfaction team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in interior design, window treatment sales, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using technology for sales and order management.

Nice-to-haves

• Degree in design or a related field.
• Background in sales for flooring, closet design, or kitchen & bath.
• Experience as an independent design company owner.
