Responsibilities

• Consult with clients in their homes to understand their window treatment needs and preferences.
• Provide expert design advice and product recommendations for custom window treatments.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to order placement and installation scheduling.
• Utilize technology to access client and sales information, quote prices, and track orders.
• Collaborate with the client services satisfaction team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in interior design, window treatment sales, or related fields such as flooring sales or kitchen & bath design.
• A degree in design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to work independently.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in independent design company ownership.
• Experience with branded products, particularly those from Hunter Douglas.
