Responsibilities

• Consult with clients in their homes to understand their window treatment needs.
• Provide design recommendations and solutions for custom window treatments.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to installation.
• Quote prices and enter orders during client meetings.
• Access and track client and sales information using provided technology.
• Collaborate with the client services satisfaction team for support.

Requirements

• Experience in interior design, window treatment sales, or related fields.
• Strong sales skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Degree in design or a related field.
• Background in flooring sales, closet design, or kitchen & bath design.
