The In-Home Design & Sales Consultant position at Custom Decorators, Inc. (CDI) involves partnering with the company to provide expert guidance and sales of custom window treatments directly in clients' homes. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and managing projects from concept to installation, leveraging the company's strong partnerships with major retailers to generate quality leads and maximize earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home consultations for custom window treatments.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to installation.
• Quote prices and track orders using provided technology.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the client services satisfaction team for support.

Requirements

• Experience in interior design or related fields such as window treatment sales, flooring sales, or kitchen & bath design.
• A degree in design or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
