As a Desk Operations Specialist, you will serve as a direct contact and resource for patients, preparing them for their appointments by performing essential check-in procedures and rooming for providers. You will also be responsible for collecting patient vitals and completing pre-examination record information, which is vital for the healthcare team to provide the best care possible. In addition to these tasks, you will manage the scheduling of follow-up appointments and oversee the flow of patient materials, ensuring that everything is organized and ready for the healthcare team. Communication is key in this role, as you will need to inform patients about any scheduling delays or changes and assist them with wayfinding within the facility.
