About The Position
The Desktop Computing Analyst Sr is responsible for planning, designing, and installing complex personal computer (PC) systems. This role involves providing direction and training to less experienced PC Analysts, conferring with customers to determine hardware and software requirements, and producing recommendations for standardizing configurations. The analyst will research and resolve hardware and application problems for customers, ensuring effective support and solutions.
