About the position

The Desktop Support Engineer / Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Support Engineer position focuses on providing technical support to VIP and executive clients. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop systems, software applications, and hardware, ensuring a high level of service and support for executive users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop support for VIP and executive clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft products and Lenovo hardware.
  • Assist with Microsoft InTune management and support.
  • Communicate effectively with executives to understand and address their technical needs.
  • Document support requests and resolutions in the service desk system.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT or Desktop Support.
  • Experience in Service Desk Support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft InTune (certification preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executives.
  • Experience with MS Windows and MS products at Level 1 knowledge.
  • Experience with Lenovo Hardware.
