We are seeking smart and friendly computer enthusiasts with a knack for technical troubleshooting to join Epic's Computer and Technology Services (CaTS) team. You will be a go-to for all things technical, supporting your fellow Epic colleagues with their hardware and software needs. Your focus will be managing the day-to-day functions of internal technology to keep Epic running smoothly and efficiently. You will be involved with Windows and Mac operating system deployment, support endpoint security solutions, and designing new processes that allow staff to get help faster. You will also be involved in the technical planning and execution of large annual conferences. Use your fervor for technology to revolutionize healthcare!
