About the position

The Desktop Support Engineer role is focused on providing IT support and managing depot operations at the Lawrenceville site. This position is essential for assisting the IT Site Services team in delivering support and devices to the Field Sales Force, including processing orders, managing inventory, and providing remote support for hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

  • Process ServiceNow orders for new hires, incidents, and device retrievals for the US Commercial field sales organization.
  • Perform device staging, technical troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all supported assets in stock.
  • Provide IT support for hardware and software issues, by working directly with clients as well as collaborating closely with the IT Service Desk.
  • Manage the return and distribution of IT devices.
  • Create and maintain accurate knowledge base articles related to the depot operations.

Requirements

  • IT Technical School degree or certification
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support for desktops, laptops, or iPad devices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Windows, and Mac preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Inventory management skills to track and optimize stock levels.
  • Organizational and time management skills to coordinate operations.
