About the position

The Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software systems within the organization. This role focuses on providing technical support for factory-related IT devices and ensuring optimal performance of business information systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure in-house computer hardware and software.
• Performance tune and administer computer systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 and basic connectivity.
• Provide technical support for factory computer hardware and data collection systems.
• Work with factory personnel to resolve IT device issues.

Requirements
