About the position

The Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues in a fast-paced environment. This role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining desktop systems, as well as resolving IT-related problems and providing end-user support.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Install and configure desktop systems, applications, and network printers.
  • Manage Active Directory accounts and user permissions.
  • Provide timely technical support to end-users in person, via phone, or remote access.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure system performance and security.

Requirements

  • Experience with Windows/Mac OS.
  • Familiarity with network and system diagnostics.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
