About the position

The position involves providing technical support for all systems managed by the Information Systems Department. This includes configuring and troubleshooting PCs and addressing basic networking issues to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for all systems maintained by the Information Systems Department.
• Configure and troubleshoot PC hardware and software.
• Address fundamental networking issues.
• Assist users with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hardware and software support experience or equivalent work experience.
• Education from a craft or technical school of up to 2 years duration, equivalent work experience, or industry applicable certification.
• Proficiency in PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of wired and wireless PC networking concepts.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills.
