About The Position
The Desktop Support position involves direct interaction with a diverse user base across the organization, requiring the ability to manage multiple concurrent issues with limited supervision. The role is responsible for ensuring the stability and ongoing operations of the computing environment, acting as a liaison between users and the corporate Information Services team.
