About the position

The Desktop Support role at Kyyba Inc involves providing primary support for service desk functionality, including the development of training materials and direct training for staff. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to customers over the phone and in person.
  • Develop support and training materials for staff training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to technology support tasks.
  • Assist with application-related support tools such as eWISACWIS, CARES, and KIDS.
  • Ensure quick resolution of issues on first contact whenever possible.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer support experience (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience with iOS (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience with Windows (preferred).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.

Benefits

  • Pay range of $23.00 - $27.00 per hour.
  • Expected hours: 40 per week.
  • Day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
