About the position
As a Dessert Finisher/Barista at The Cheesecake Factory, you will be responsible for adding the final touches to our renowned desserts and crafting espresso beverages. This role emphasizes customer interaction and requires a friendly demeanor, as you will be the face behind our bakery case, ensuring that each dessert is presented beautifully and served with a smile.
Responsibilities
- Put finishing touches on cheesecakes and desserts.
- Glaze strawberries and create whipped cream dollops.
- Craft delicious espresso beverages for guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests.
Requirements
- Prior restaurant, hospitality, or barista experience is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
