• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws in all interactions.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests.

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for service enhancements and client retention.
• Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele effectively.
• Support administrative functions within the real estate department, including scheduling appointments and managing documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within property management or real estate sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
