Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers at target companies, becoming a trusted advisor for their automation needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—support, service, and management—to deliver seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Execute a strategic sales plan, achieving volume and profitability goals within your territory.
  • Drive new customer acquisition by leveraging lead management, prospecting, and outreach through phone, email, events, and campaigns.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to fuel data-driven decision-making and business growth.
  • Lead solution development efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams to address end-user needs effectively.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of success in selling technical products, with knowledge of the CNC machining industry being a major plus.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Proven track record of developing prospecting plans and campaigns to drive results.
