About the position

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer who will focus on automation, infrastructure upgrades, and CI/CD processes. The role involves developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, supporting infrastructure upgrades, and creating automation scripts primarily using Python. The position requires a solid understanding of AWS services, particularly EC2 and the ELK stack, and involves working with various configuration management and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Support and upgrade infrastructure with a focus on automation.
• Create scripts for automation using Python, with a solid understanding of AWS services, particularly EC2 and ELK stack.
• Work with tools like Salt (or equivalent), Ansible, and Grafana to manage configurations, monitor performance, and ensure system health.

Requirements

• Up to 8 years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, specifically EC2 and infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in Unix systems and scripting.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Salt (or equivalent) and Ansible.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana or Datadog.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a cloud-native software environment.
