About the position

As an IBM Application Architect, you will play a crucial role in helping clients transform their businesses by providing customized solutions using IBM platforms. This position requires you to define project scope and vision while serving as a technical leader and liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders. You will provide operational leadership for the Cache system's infrastructure, deployment, and automation across Treasury's network domains, focusing on AWS environments and CI/CD pipeline optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the Cache system's infrastructure, deployment, and automation across Treasury's network domains.
• Define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using IBM platforms.
• Serve as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate processes using coding.
• Manage cloud deployments effectively.

Requirements

• DevOps engineering experience with a focus on AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Advanced knowledge of Python, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript for scripting, automation, and infrastructure management.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services including Lambda, CloudFormation, Fargate, RDS, and ElastiCache.
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AWS GovCloud.
• Experience with FedRAMP policies, protocols, and procedures.
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
