About the position

The Senior DevOps Engineer position at a well-known insurance technology company in Brookhaven, GA, involves enhancing the engineering department by automating CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IAC), and maintaining existing infrastructure within an Azure cloud environment. This full-time role requires in-office work once a week and offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

• Automate CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment processes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IAC) into the core platform.
• Maintain and optimize existing cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance engineering practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional cloud engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure cloud services.
• Strong background in C# or .NET development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in production environment release management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
