About the position

The DevOps Engineer will support and manage infrastructure platforms with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure. This role involves administering Azure DevOps environments, managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) processes, and troubleshooting code issues. The engineer will collaborate with development teams to resolve platform issues and ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure DevOps environments including Azure Pipelines and Azure B2C.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) processes.
• Troubleshoot PowerShell and Python code.
• Collaborate with development teams and offshore coders to resolve platform issues.
• Ensure efficient operations of the infrastructure platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years current experience in a DevOps role.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.
• Experience in PowerShell and Python.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Azure B2C).
• AWS experience is also considered.
• Ability to troubleshoot scripting issues.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience administering Azure DevOps platforms.
• Some exposure to AWS for candidates with less Azure experience.
