KeyLogic Systems is seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. This position involves working collaboratively with software developers to deploy and operate our systems, while also helping to automate and streamline operations and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues in development, testing, and production environments. A strong background in Linux/Unix Administration is essential, along with experience in automation and configuration management using tools such as Puppet, Chef, or Ansible. The role requires the ability to utilize a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services, as well as a working understanding of coding and scripting languages including PHP, Python, Perl, and Ruby. In addition to these technical skills, the DevOps Engineer will be responsible for configuring and maintaining various ServiceNow modules, developing record producers, and automating ticket management processes. This role will also support the integration of existing applications and contribute to enhancing our service delivery capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow system administration and automation, with proficiency in PowerShell scripting and REST API integration. The position requires a proactive approach to managing IT service management solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
