About the position

The DevOps Engineer position focuses on designing, implementing, and managing Kubernetes clusters, particularly in Azure and AWS environments. The role requires extensive experience in overseeing medium to large scale projects and emphasizes the development and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure services and DevOps practices, along with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters, focusing on AKS and EKS.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage and optimize Linux-based systems and environments.
• Operate Azure Services such as EKS/AKS, Azure VMs, Azure Functions, and more.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for GIT, CI/CD build, and release pipelines.
• Monitor Azure services and custom applications using Azure monitoring tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 7-8 years' experience overseeing medium to large scale projects.
• Proficient in operating Azure Services including EKS/AKS, Azure VMs, and Azure Functions.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps including GIT, CI/CD build, and release pipelines.
• Strong understanding of HTTPS, SAML, OpenID, and OAuth protocols.
• Excellent understanding of Relational Database technologies: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and/or PostgreSQL.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficient in Azure AI Services and Azure Machine Learning.
• Skilled in monitoring tools like Elastic, Dynatrace, and similar platforms.
