About the position

The Sr DevOps Engineer position at Conch Technologies Inc is focused on automating and enhancing platform solutions to streamline the CI/CD release pipeline. The role requires a strong background in configuration management and cloud technologies, with an emphasis on collaboration across teams to improve development and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and automate platform solutions to meet and exceed expectations
• Engineer tools and required infrastructure to create a seamless CI/CD release pipeline
• Proactively evolve and apply DevOps methodologies, standards, and leading practices
• Work with cross functional teams to scale key processes and functions
• Automate and improve development and release process
• Help prioritize production support issues and coordinate resolution efforts across functions
• Internal and external coordination and communication around releases
• Participate, contribute and drive discussions with Client and Offshore team

Requirements

• At least 6+ years' experience in Configuration Management
• Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines from scratch
• Proficient in Terraform scripting
• Expertise in source code systems like CVS, SVN, GIT, GitLab
• Knowledge and experience in Configuration Management such as Jenkins
• Cloud exposure (AWS / Google Cloud Platform / Azure)
• Experience in Docker, containerization, and Kubernetes configuration
• Expertise in Jira, Confluence and Salesforce administration
