About the position

The DevOps Engineer will be a key member of the API & Integrations team at a local bank in Hawaii, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the reliability, availability, and performance of the bank's cloud-based infrastructure. This role involves collaboration with various teams to design, implement, and monitor systems that adhere to high performance and reliability standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of the Bank's cloud-based infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development, operations, business continuity, and product teams.
• Design, implement, and monitor systems that meet performance and reliability standards.
• Support the digital and API platform of the bank.

Requirements

• Experience with DevOps practices and methodologies.
• Proficiency in AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools.
• Knowledge of automation techniques.
