About the position

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer contractor to lead the migration of our build system from Jenkins to CloudBees and provide ongoing support and maintenance. This role is critical in ensuring that our systems are reliable and efficient, and it involves collaborating closely with various teams to create innovative solutions that align with our client's mission. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the migration plan, ensuring system reliability, and offering user support and training to enhance the overall user experience. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in our DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Executing the migration plan from Jenkins to CloudBees.
• Ensuring system reliability throughout the migration process.
• Offering user support and training to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with BitBucket, Artifactory, Jenkins, and CloudBees.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or relevant experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
