About the position

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Tampa, FL. The primary responsibility of this role is to implement and manage continuous integration and deployment processes for our software development projects, ensuring high reliability and performance of our applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for change creation and release deployments.
• Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure on both VM and ECS.
• Act as a liaison with hardware and cloud procurement for all infrastructure needs.
• Improve site reliability and application monitoring.
• Understand the needs of stakeholders and convey this to developers.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in DevOps and/or infrastructure builds.
• 3 years of experience with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Jenkins, Groovy scripting, Maven, SonarQube, Snyk, and Harness.
• Strong Shell and Python scripting skills.
• Experience with Linux Administration.
• Experience managing high volume DevOps tools infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure as well as VM-based infrastructure.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cloud infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with application monitoring tools.
