About the position

This position is responsible for ensuring that all IT systems and networks are well-maintained, secure, and available to support the organization's goals. The DevOps Manager will lead a team that handles various tasks, including server administration, network management, system security, and IT support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and service management, with a focus on cloud technologies. This role requires a proactive approach to managing IT operations and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with other departments to align IT strategies with business objectives and ensure that the infrastructure supports the organization's growth and innovation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the IT infrastructure and operations of the ecommerce organization.
• Ensure that IT systems and networks are well-maintained, secure, and available.
• Manage teams responsible for server administration, network management, system security, and IT support.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure and operations roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid experience in cloud technologies.
• Experience in IT service management (ITSM).
• Local candidate who does not require relocation to Irving, TX.
