About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented engineer to support and manage our DSO Core Services. This role involves onboarding and configuring various DSO services, ensuring compliance with company policies, and streamlining processes to improve efficiency. The position requires proactive incident management and collaboration with team members and vendors, contributing to Agile ceremonies and supporting regular upgrades and patching.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and configure DSO services including GitLab, Artifactory, Grafana, Coverity, and Robot Framework using AWS and Azure cloud services.
  • Ensure all configurations comply with company policies.
  • Streamline processes for onboarding and configurations to improve efficiency.
  • Provide prompt incident management responses and resolution.
  • Create/update necessary documentation and reports, maintaining system documentation.
  • Interface with Business Analysts, team members, and vendors as a key contributor.
  • Support upgrades and patching on a regular cadence.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience, or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of US export controls and compliance requirements.
  • 3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Experience working with DevOps.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in scripting and automation.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in DevSecOps.
  • Familiarity with incident management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • ITIL certification.
