As a DevOps System Support Analyst, you'll be working on a cutting-edge payments platform and interfacing with client representatives to provide day-to-day resolutions to client-related issues and enhance their user experience. You will be part of a highly motivated and skilled DevOps support team that works daily on the latest technology advancements. Your role will involve providing 24 x 7 on-call support for all assigned production-related systems, working daily with Kubernetes and OpenShift, and developing and executing scripts, utilities, and associated test plans. You may conduct code-level software analyses to identify the root cause of bugs and/or system modifications as needed. In this position, you will interface with internal clients, vendors, managers, IT, and Product Development to resolve problems. You will analyze problems, document and communicate resolutions, and conduct follow-ups. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading existing systems, designing new computer systems and frameworks, troubleshooting technical issues, and planning risk mitigation strategies. Collaboration with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and other teams will be essential to ensure solutions are viable and consistent. You will also create system guidelines and manuals, run training sessions and workshops, conduct regular reviews of systems, and generate reports on efficiencies and improvement areas. Structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval will be key aspects of your role.
