The engineer will also develop tooling and processes aimed at increasing automation while ensuring adherence to security and audit controls. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and frameworks to enhance code building and testing.
  • Identify, plan, and document current systems-related work and improvements.
  • Conduct future-state planning through Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
  • Define strategies and roadmaps to accomplish agreed-upon priorities.
  • Design, configure, and support DevOps tools on-prem and in the cloud to improve efficiency and operational stability.
  • Develop tooling and processes to increase automation and ensure adherence to security and audit controls.
  • Foster the adoption of DevOps tools and capabilities across Technology groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in the position offered or 4 years of experience implementing and maintaining DevOps systems.
  • 4 years of experience applying Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps culture principles and practices.
  • 3 years of experience using at least one of the following scripting languages: Unix Shell Scripting, Python, Groovy, Perl, or PowerShell.
  • 3 years of experience engineering with DevOps tools including JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, Maven, Gradle, and Splunk.
  • 1 year of experience using DevOps within private cloud and public cloud platforms.
