About the position
The DevSecOps Administrator at Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc. will support the Naval Surface Warfare Command in Panama City by managing and optimizing DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools. This role involves performing installations, configurations, updates, and troubleshooting of various tools while also developing code and automated scripts to enhance the DevSecOps environment.
Responsibilities
- Support installs, configurations, updates, and troubleshooting of DevSecOps and CI/CD tools.
- Perform administrative duties on all DevSecOps and CI/CD tools.
- Create code in Python and automated scripts in Bash, YAML, and PowerShell.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM from an accredited institution preferred.
- Five years of experience with configuration of VMWare products, Windows Server, RHEL, and administrative management tools.
- Experience with Atlassian Products (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence) and the concept of CI/CD.
- Proficient in using DevOps tools such as Git, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Maven, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with DoD IT requirements including STIG and RMF requirements.
- Prior work experience with the DoD network.
Nice-to-haves
- Preferred experience with Navy RMF and Navy and NAVSEA networks.
- Senior level certifications such as Microsoft Certified Expert, VMware Certified Professional, and Red Hat Certified Engineer.
