About the position

The Senior DevOps/SecOps Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining cloud-native CI/CD pipelines, utilizing modern cloud infrastructure and CI workflow automation. This role involves leading cross-functional collaborations, supporting growth-related activities, and driving application modernization efforts. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work hours within the EST zone.

Responsibilities

• Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure using PaaS/SaaS or containerized-based deployment models.
• Lead cross-functional team collaborations and take ownership of assignments to gather functional requirements.
• Drive Application Modernization onboarding efforts.
• Build, test, and deploy applications using modern CI workflow automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building or maintaining a cloud-native CI/CD Pipeline.
• Experience working with AWS cloud service provider.
• Proven past performance utilizing DevOps/SecOps principles and best practices.
• 1+ years working with two or more of the following: Jenkins, CaC/Job DSL, Groovy, JSON, YAML, Ansible, Git.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working with any CMS center is highly preferred.
• Significant experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Significant experience with Terraform HCL directives and modular interpolations.
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS).
• AWS certifications.
• Federal Government contracting work experience.
• Prior experience working remotely full-time.
