About the position

The DevSecOps Engineer 3 position at Epsilon C5I involves applying DevSecOps principles and practices within an agile framework to develop product capabilities for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including government analysts and contractors, to ensure effective communication and integration of production activities. The candidate will leverage Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) and must be familiar with various software solutions used by NASIC, while also demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Data processing, analysis, and algorithm enhancements.
  • Investigate signal processing artifacts and anomalies, developing mitigation strategies.
  • Support resolution of complex technical problems, providing advice and recommendations.
  • Provide input to analysis reports, briefings, and updates.
  • Produce reports on algorithm development, tools, and data sources.
  • Analyze data using remote sensing technology to address intelligence issues.
  • Prepare and present briefings, updating internal report tracking metrics.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • May require technical leadership and directing the work of other staff members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a similar STEM discipline.
  • 10 or more years of engineering experience.
  • Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Proficient in Bash, Git, Helm, Istio, Kubernetes, Linux, or Python.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in AWS, Kubernetes, CCSP, CISSP, Certified Ethical Hacker, Security+.
