About the position

The TS/SCI Cleared DevSecOps Engineer at Zachary Piper Solutions is responsible for supporting a United States Department of Defense (DoD) program by ensuring the continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of cloud technologies, container orchestration, and security measures. This role requires collaboration with DoD customers and involves optimizing Kubernetes and containerization efforts while implementing necessary upgrades and fixes.

Responsibilities

• Support backlog component upgrades and feature request planning and design
• Deploy DevOps and security tooling for the DoD program
• Roll out CI/CD pipeline and collaborate with DoD customers
• Optimize Kubernetes and containerization efforts
• Implement backlog component upgrades, feature requests, bug fixes, and POA&M items

Requirements

• BS in computer science or a technical degree with 3 years of relevant technical work experience or 8+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of AWS experience
• 3+ years of Kubernetes experience
• 3+ years of Terraform experience
• 3+ years with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) or Configuration as Code
• IAT II Certification
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required
