Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in support of an innovative Global Government Client. This position is based at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia, and requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance. The DevSecOps Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing our development processes by setting up new development tools and leveraging expertise in cloud technologies, container orchestration, and security practices. The role is hybrid, requiring one day on-site each week, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work. In this position, the DevSecOps Engineer will be responsible for supporting the planning and design efforts for all tasks in the backlog, which includes items such as Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M), component upgrades, feature requests, and bug fixes. The engineer will implement tasks from the backlog and review all changes to the Volta baseline, ensuring that the Body of Evidence (BOE) is kept up to date with each release. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and security of our development environment while ensuring that all processes align with government standards and requirements.
