Credence Management Solutions, a federal government contracting firm, is seeking skilled DevSecOps professionals to join its expanding organization. This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel required to the headquarters or client sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in configuring and maintaining DevSecOps tools within a Government Cloud environment. This role involves developing and utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to facilitate the promotion of developer code across various environments. In addition to these responsibilities, the DevSecOps Engineer will ensure the stable operation of in-house computer software systems and network connections. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links. The engineer will also analyze and resolve end-user software program and connectivity issues, providing necessary training to end users. Furthermore, the role requires providing recommendations on technology direction to align with the business vision, as well as offering both local and remote maintenance support for various operational systems deployed at multiple locations. This support encompasses general maintenance, upgrades, and new installations of servers and applications. The engineer will apply advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing applications, and ensuring fault tolerance, while also performing vulnerability management.
