About the position

The DevSecOps Engineer will lead a team responsible for developing and securing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, as well as providing enterprise monitoring and deployment capabilities for a next-generation collective training software system. This role involves collaboration with other development teams to automate build, test, security checks, and deployment processes in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in creating and modifying CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement security processes and scanning tools, and remediate findings from tool executions.
• Develop enterprise deployment and execution monitoring capabilities for a training system.
• Collaborate with development scrum product owners to automate build, test, security checks, and deployment of simulation capabilities.

Requirements

• Eight (8) years of experience developing, integrating, and testing capabilities in large, complex environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools including Jira, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
• Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development team.
• Familiarity with Nexus, Harbor, Argo, Artifactory, Maven, Gradle, and CMake.
