As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in planning, conducting, and coordinating software development activities. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging software within our Ground Solution framework. You will apply appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring that software standards are consistently met. Additionally, you will be tasked with correcting program errors, preparing operating instructions, compiling documentation of program development, and analyzing system capabilities to resolve questions regarding program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. This position requires a strong background in DevSecOps practices, including full pipeline tools implementation. You will be expected to have experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or SALT, as well as infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, HEAT, or Cloud Formation. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, OpenStack, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is essential. You will also need to demonstrate proficiency in CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance using tools like GitlabCI, Jenkins, Github Actions, CircleCI, or TravisCI. Experience in a RedHat Linux environment and knowledge of Agile methodologies are also critical for success in this role. Furthermore, familiarity with Kubernetes, distributed systems, machine learning, and multi-threaded applications will be considered a plus.
