About the position

Tapestry Solutions, a Boeing Company, is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in Hazelwood, Missouri. In this role, you will be integral to the Department of Navy Tomahawk Land-Attack Missile program, which is a critical component of military operations and is expected to remain in active service for the foreseeable future. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will support the development, documentation, and maintenance of standardized, efficient, and innovative processes for the Tomahawk program, ensuring compliance with strict government regulations. Your expertise will be vital in shaping and guiding compliance efforts, enabling continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of safety-critical software. You will also assess the acceptability of unique configurations and implement mitigation strategies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software engineering systems.

Responsibilities

  • Harden infrastructure for development and production environments.
  • Build and operate continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines (CI/CD).
  • Deploy containerized applications with a container orchestration tool.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for infrastructure automation.
  • Integrate with DoD practices for cloud and deployment environments.

Requirements

  • Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines or other CI/CD platforms (GitLab, Jenkins).
  • Implementing DevSecOps practices within the DoD environment.
