About the position

The DevSecOps Engineer at IPTA is responsible for establishing and supporting software development best practices, managing DevSecOps infrastructure, and leading cross-functional collaborations to deliver innovative business solutions. This role emphasizes the importance of technology in solving complex business problems and requires a self-directed professional with a passion for continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Help to establish processes to support software development best practices
• Support embedded software development build and release processes
• Manage on-prem DevSecOps infrastructure to ensure scalability and availability
• Lead cross-functional team collaborations
• Gather functional requirements and drive software development process improvement efforts
• Build, test, and deploy applications using modern CI workflow automations
• Manage build time and runtime software build dependencies
• Ensure software build integrity and reproducibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Seven plus years of experience with CI/CD pipelines with an excellent understanding of DevSecOps principles and best practices
• Must have some hands-on working experience working with various code languages and Git
• Familiarity with at least one major CSP (Azure/AWS/GCP/OCI) and its core service offerings
