About the position

The DevSecOps Engineer position at i3 involves designing and implementing a Missile Defense System with a focus on security and compliance throughout the software development lifecycle. This role is aimed at junior to mid-level engineers and is contingent upon contract award, requiring collaboration across multiple teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and enforce security policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines for management of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) baseline.
• Work across multiple software development teams and product owners to enforce security policy, resolving vulnerabilities, and maintain compliance throughout the life of product development.
• Design and create automated application deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 0-10 years of experience required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Knowledgeable in Agile and DevSecOps principles and developing enterprise cloud-native solutions involving containerization services (Kubernetes, Docker, etc).
• Must have Security+, comparable certificate, or ability to achieve 8570/8140 compliance.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
