About the position
The DevSecOps Engineer at T&T Consulting Services will play a crucial role in developing a user-friendly Web GUI for space debris data products. This position involves collaborating with the TraCSS platform and infrastructure teams to establish a comprehensive DevSecOps development pipeline, ensuring security and scalability for over 154,000 user accounts. The engineer will also be responsible for creating architectural diagrams and addressing security compliance documentation.
Responsibilities
- Work with the TraCSS platform and infrastructure teams to create a comprehensive DevSecOps development pipeline.
- Implement container security practices within Kubernetes and Helm.
- Configure security for AWS Cloud Native Technologies.
- Utilize version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions) effectively.
- Develop infrastructure as code using frameworks like Terraform.
- Write and maintain programming/scripting languages (Python, Bash, JavaScript) for DevSecOps life cycles.
- Create security compliance documentation for FedRAMP, RMF, and DOC Enterprise Security Policy.
- Collaborate with government or civil cybersecurity authorizing officials or Information System Security Officers to secure Authorization to Operate.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in container security practices, cloud security configurations, and infrastructure as code.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, AWS Cloud Native Technologies, Git, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Python, Bash, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing security compliance documentation for FedRAMP, RMF, and DOC Enterprise Security Policy.
- Proven experience collaborating with cybersecurity authorizing officials or Information System Security Officers.
