About the position

As a DevSecOps Intern for the Summer of 2025, you will play a crucial role in driving the DevSecOps mindset within our organization. Your primary focus will be on creating an increasingly automated Continuous Delivery Pipeline that enhances the end-to-end flow of new features to meet business demands. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various key concepts and technologies, including MuleSoft and Azure. You will be tasked with developing a generic UCD (UrbanCode Deploy) process that can be utilized in templates, as well as a specific UCD deploy process tailored for template use. In addition to deployment processes, you will define Pipeline API services in Morpheus and develop best practices for managing security within Azure DevOps. A significant part of your responsibilities will involve migrating Jenkins to Azure pipelines, which will require a solid understanding of both platforms. You will also work with DevLakes to analyze Dora 4 metrics, integrating automated testing into the Integrated Development Pipeline (IDP) and upgrading existing pipelines. Furthermore, you will integrate MuleSoft with SonarCube and automate testing for UCD MuleSoft deployments. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in DevSecOps practices and contribute to the improvement of our software delivery processes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and practices.
• Basic understanding of Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration concepts.
• Experience with Azure and MuleSoft is a plus.
• Knowledge of Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
