In this role, you will be trained in Cross Domain solutions, which will enable you to contribute to the design and deployment of industry-leading solutions. You will be expected to leverage the latest technologies and best practices to optimize the infrastructure continually. Your responsibilities will include providing insights into network performance through monitoring and management, as well as leading efforts to modernize the network to meet evolving client needs. Responsibilities

  • Lead systems administration and network administration teams on systems delivery or digital solutions projects.
  • Design and deploy Cross Domain solutions to enhance infrastructure.
  • Monitor and manage network performance, providing insights to customers.
  • Identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in mission-critical networks.
  • Mentor and guide team members through challenges and development of new methodologies.
  • Modernize network solutions to meet customer needs and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with systems administration or solutions architecture.
  • Experience leading DevSecOps teams.
  • Experience on a systems delivery or digital solutions project, particularly with systems administration or networking administration teams.
  • Proficiency in Linux Systems Administration, specifically RHEL 7 or RHEL 9, including architectural design and operations.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Compliance Certification within 60 days of start date.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Cross Domain Solutions, including Forcepoint High-Speed Guards, OWL Diodes, Radiant Mercury, or ISSE Guards.
  • Experience with the design, deployment, and implementation of Network Security components, firewalls, switches, or VPNs.
  • Experience in data flow engineering or operations.
  • Experience with VMWare ESXi, vSphere, or vRealize Operations.
  • Experience creating tailored Linux Operating systems through Kickstart or PXE.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies, including Chef, Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack.
  • DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Compliance Certification.
