The DevSecOps Support Engineer will work in security focused development operations, managing Dev Ops tools for code management, deployment, and security, supporting other GTT systems as needed.
Responsibilities
System configuration & customization
Service-Now/Microsoft CRM/Ironclad administration
Understanding of the ITIL framework and how to apply it within a production environment
Ability to troubleshoot issues with arise on the platform post implementation
User and platform management
Ability to understand business needs and implement templates and workflows which adhere to such requirements
Understand Microsoft Entra (Azure) and how to add/remove users from specified groups
Data management
Importing bulk data from other data sources
Windows System Patching - adhere to company policy with patching current SOC/NMS servers
